To us, honesty matters.

We believe that an organization’s brand can be more of a window than a storefront– we’re inspired to work with people who trust themselves with that visibility. For years, it felt like corporate branding was awash with performance and pandering, but since the pandemic we’ve noticed more emails in our inbox from burned-out business owners looking for something different– looking to feel fulfilled and seen in their work; looking to stop saying whatever they think people want to hear; looking to be real; looking for true impact.

Take it from us. We’ve learned the hard way how it feels to describe your life’s work in other people’s words– insincere, performative, isolating. We’ve journeyed far in our own lives to speak clearly for ourselves, and understand the difference it makes. It’s hard work, but it’s been worth it.

That’s why we show up at work everyday: to journey alongside our clients to break down the walls they’ve built so that their businesses and the hearts that drive them can be more honestly understood.

Our Place in the World

As settlers on these shores, we take life-long responsibility for unstringing our inherited (mis)understandings of history, territory, and identity. As a small part of this work, Harc humbly acknowledges the sovereignty of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations on whose traditional, unceded and occupied territories we live and create.
